To fill these manpower peaks in the schedule, Crimtech draws from an established contract labour pool in Central Alberta. Our Contractor Management Program consists of reputable companies supplying welders, pipe fitters, electricians, and instrument mechanics. Constant communication with these companies allows us to accelerate delivery dates by utilizing labour from this pool. A rigorous selection procedure ensures that only experienced, stable, high industry performers with a good WCB rating join the team.
