Position Description:
|
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Control Department
- Prepares documents for submission to regulatory agencies
- Maintains the Quality Control filing system
- Assembles pressure vessel and pressure piping documentation for Quality Control packages
- Assembles and sends documentation packages and technical operating manuals to the Client
- Sends electronic data and information to Clients
- Enters Quality Control information and data into various spreadsheets and manuals.

Required Qualifications:
|
- Office administration diploma
- Two to five years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant in a technical office
- Strong ability with Microsoft Office including spread sheets, outlook and database programs
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and monitor multiple tasks at once
- Must be an extremely detailed person with a high regard to presentation and an absolute desire for Customer satisfaction
- Must have good communication and people skills
