 Coal Bed Methane wells have their own unique characteristics when it comes to production. Low volumes and low flowing pressures combined with water production require properly designed equipment in order to achieve accurate measurement. Crimtech understands this and has the expertise and experience to provide the right equipment for your specific application.
Crimtech primarily uses "open bore" measurement technology to measure CBM wells. Metering devices like the V-cone or other similar devices allow water and other well bore debris to pass through the meter without imposing a backpressure on the well. Couple this with an electronic flow meter (EFM), and a high level of measurement accuracy is easily achieved.
