The Crimtech High Efficiency (HE) Separator is a significant advancement over conventional separators. Leveraging technology from the FloDrip^® 2x8145 separator, Crimtech's designs outperform competitors' higher diameter separators.

How did we do this?

By using a proprietary gas disengaging system, Crimtech has increased the separator efficiency while decreasing the gas flow area. This means we use the same flowing capacity as a conventional mesh-pad separator, but at a much lower cost.  (Refer to Comparison Charts)

Applications:

This separator is ideal for wellsite measurement applications where high gas and liquid capacities are needed.  Additionally, the Crimtech HE Separator operates at a much lower differential pressure than cyclone separators, reducing back pressure on the well.

Like all of our FloDrip^® and conventional separators, the HE Separator can be incorporated into a customized wellsite measurement package to suit your needs. Measurement options include chart recorders, SCADA or our own RDA (Remote Data Acquisition) system.
