For all network related issues, including data related inquiries, communication problems, user access changes, and website modifications, please contact CriticalControl during normal working hours at 403-769-6645, and for after hours or emergency issues, call 403-464-9419.

For all website related issues, including EFM problems, power or electrical related problems, installations, and meter calibrations, please contact Crimtech's Field Services Department at
403-309-8278. Outside of normal business hours, this number will be forwarded on to an answering service for on-call support.
