CRIMTECH SERVICES SELLS RDA NETWORK TO CRITICALCONTROL SOLUTIONS

Red Deer, Alberta, (April 25, 2006) – Crimtech Services Ltd. (“Crimtech”). announced today that it has sold it’s Remote Data Acquisition (“RDA”) Network to CriticalControl Solutions Corp. (“CriticalControl”) of Calgary.

The RDA Network, similar to CriticalControl’s proprietary Netflow service, offers oil and gas producers a web enabled, hosted service to acquire production and related data directly from the wellsite combined with functionality to control electronic wellsite devices remotely from any desktop connected to the Internet. The consolidation of the RDA and Netflow applications will provide a best of breed solution to a growing list of Canada’s gas producers who rely on the network for production data and control of a combined 1,400 devices.

Crimtech will still provide field measurement services that include EFM & RTU installation, calibration, and maintenance services. “The divestiture of the RDA Network will now allow Crimtech to concentrate it’s efforts on growing and improving our Measurement Services department” indicated Crimtech’s President, Craig Nykyforuk.

The transaction is expected to close on May 1, 2006 with the expectation of moving the RDA network to Calgary on or about July 15, 2006. Both Crimtech and CriticalControl indicated that the transition will be seamless and expect that the RDA Network will be in operation until October of 2006 when both Networks will be combined. Until then, Critical Control and Crimtech will create a close working relationship to ensure that all business processes continue to work effectively. The Management and staff of Critical Control looks forward to meeting with all of the RDA clients to display the future technologies and to gather input on what they would like to see in the new and improved Netflow service.
