Crimtech Services To No Longer Perform Field Services

Crimtech Services Ltd. ("Crimtech") announces today that it has decided to discontinue Crimtech's Field Measurement Services effective June 15, 2007. Uneconomic market conditions and a re-focus on our core competencies led to the decision.

The Measurement Services Department provided field instrumentation and electrical services to the oil and gas industry. These services pertained primarily to Electronic Flow Measurement (EFM's) device installs, field calibrations, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Crimtech will still provide Electrical / Communication panel fabrication plus in-house installation and function testing. The absense of the Field Services Department will allow Crimtech to concentrate its efforts on growing and enhancing their Manufactured Products and Engineering & Drafting Services. "Our new 45,000 sq. ft. shop allows us to build larger packages and focus on unconventional Oil & Gas project work" indicated Crimtech's President, Craig Nykyforuk. "This will be a big focus for Crimtech in the future."
